Reserve Your Table or Private Chalet
Upgrade the festival from great to unforgettable with a reserved spot at the 16th Annual Chesapeake Wine Festival. All upgraded guests still enjoy unlimited tastings from 20+ Virginia wineries, pours at the International Wine Village, live music with Lewis and McGehee and special guests, Cinema Cafe Craft Beer Garden and access to specialty food and wine accessory vendors, plus a prime perch near the main stage.
Reserved Tables:
Located in the heart of the action, Reserved Tables are an excellent way to add comfort and enjoyment to your wine festival experience. Reserved Tables Include:
- Table with linen and 8 folding chairs in the heart of the action
- 8 Tasting Tickets
- 8 Souvenir tasting glasses
Private Chalets:
The entry-level chalet provides a comfortable upgrade to your experience, and includes:
- Comfortable accommodations for up to 50 guests in a 20’ x 20’ tent with fenced-in reserved space
- 2 Round tables for seating with 6 chairs each and 2 banquet tables for serving, and all table linens
- Portable restroom
- 20 Tasting Tickets and 2 parking passes
- Extra tasting tickets are available at a deep discount
Bronze and Silver level Chalet packages are also available, and include additional benefits such as a more prominent chalet location, website recognition, social media recognition, onsite signage benefits and additional tasting tickets.
All festival operations are 100 percent volunteer and 100 percent for charity. Since its start, the event has directed more than $2.5 million to local causes such as the Chesapeake Regional 3-D Mammography Van and the Boys & Girls Club of South Hampton Roads.
